Pedego Electric Bike Sales, Rentals, & Tours.
Conveniently located just a few minutes from Newport’s bike trail and directly in front of the Balboa Pier, Pedego Newport Beach officially opened its doors in July 2012. Martin Derek’s decision to transition from electric bike sales to becoming a Pedego only dealer was due to the “solid quality of the bikes, their comfortable ride and the extended riding experience they provide.” Martin is a Newport Beach native who co-owns the shop with Karen Pankow of Westlake Village.
Since the grand opening, Pedego Newport Beach has been experiencing a high amount of foot traffic from buyers, electric bike renters, and those who stop in to find out more about the appealing bikes displayed in the store window.
Pedego Newport Beach offers customers a vast selection of different models in assorted color combinations as well as various rental options which can be hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. For those who are unfamiliar with the area and would like some navigational assistance, Pedego Newport Beach offers guided tours 3 times a day, daily. The shop also specializes in Pedego electric bicycle sales and service/repair.
